International Commercial Dispute Resolution
ILSAC promotes recognition and use in Australia and internationally of Australian dispute resolution practitioners and institutions in the field of international commerce. This work is undertaken through the Council’s Committee on International Commercial Dispute Resolution (ICDR). ILSAC works to raise awareness within commercial circles generally of the capacity of Australian dispute resolution practitioners to assist with promoting Australia as a regional business/financial headquarters.
This work corresponds to Objective 4 in ILSAC’s Business Plan.
Current priorities include the maintenance and continuous improvement of International Commercial Dispute Resolution, a central portal for Australia’s international commercial dispute resolution services.
